GRADE 4,6&7 PBT VIRTUAL PROGRAM
Attached below is a program I have created for this PBT class to complete during your additional spare time during self-isolation. I would recommend completing this program at least 1-2 other days on top of your weekly PBT class.
Make sure to follow the instructions carefully, read what corrections to look out for and most importantly listen to your body and if anything is causing unnecessary pain then STOP immediately and don't continue completing that exercise as I am not there to supervise you. If you have any questions we can address these in your weekly PBT class. You should be familiar with most of these exercises if not all, except those that are highlighted which I will teach you in the weeks to come and then we can add these into the program. Enjoy!
