IDS Limber and Body Conditioning classes focus on building a solid foundation for safe dance and flexibility. Classes are an excellent addition to weekly dance classes, aimed to improve stamina, muscle tone and flexibility.
A unique resistance training class specifically designed to increase strength and flexibility ideal for teenagers wishing to improve and maintain flexibility and strength.
